Billing Policy
In order to provide you with a continuous service, for your convenience HotAndFlirty uses automatic renewal billing. Upon purchase of a membership plan you agree to automatic renewal billing.
This means that once a 3 Day subscription you’ve chosen comes to an end it will automatically convert to our monthly membership plan for which you will be charged a monthly fee unless cancelled.
Your initial subscription will automatically be renewed for a period of time equal to that initially chosen and at the same rate unless cancelled.
As explained in our Terms of Use we reserve the right to amend your subscription package. We will give you advance notice of any price change.
Paying for the subscription to obtain additional feature(s) will activate it (or them) for 1 month only. For your convenience, subscription to the feature(s) will be automatically extended for a successive renewal period of the same duration and at the same price unless you cancel it before the collection date.
The renewal will only take effect at the end of the payment period and not before. If you wish to stop repeat billing you can cancel the automatic payment at any time before the date of the recurring payment. Please visit the "My Settings" page to manage your subscription. After cancelling your subscription you will no longer be entitled to use it at a preferential rate.
No refund will be made once the subscription is in use as per our Terms of Use, and your access to the service will not stop until the end of the subscription so that you are able to fully enjoy HotAndFlirty.
In the event that there is not enough money on your account/card we reserve the right to give you a discount upon purchase. The discount rate may vary depending on the current upcoming campaigns.
In the event that there is not enough money on your account/card we reserve the right to charge you for the shorter subscription period. The period and price of the subscription will depend on the amount of money available on your account/card.
